Since eight years ago, we went to our first Los Lonely Boys concert. We've seen countless other concerts, been seated in the front row of big shows like Pearl Jam and Counting Crows, and even saw classics like Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and Neil Young. Each time we leave the show, we always say the same thing, 'It doesn't compare to that Los Lonely Boys show.'
Last night, I finally went to another Los Lonely Boys show after all these years. When I saw the tickets for sale, I had to get them as a birthday present for my sister. I was praying that our memories of that show weren't clouded up with the thrill of underage drinking and hanging out with the hottest senior guys in our high school, and I'm happy to say that in no way that have any effect on how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Los Lonely Boys really is in concert. The entire hour ride home we talked about what a great show it was and how Rivers Cuomo has got so much freaking stage presence. I intend on seeing them over and over and over again. Not only are they a timeless band, but they bring the energy of their songs with them each time they do a live show. I loved it, and I have been and always will be a devoted fan.
